Depression and anxiety are really hitting a lot of people hard right now. Sometimes it's hard to ask for help, and it's hard to know where to start.

Learning about why our brains experience depression and anxiety is a good place to begin the journey to wellness. I found some online workbooks for anxiety and depression that may be helpful if you want to start some of the work on your own.

The workbooks start by giving some information about mental health and then they provide different activities and tools for you to work through at your own time and at your own pace to help you cope.
